Key Responsibilities: Review and calculate service charges in line with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide clear communication regarding service charge structures. Prepare reports and documentation to support service charge audits. Engage with residents to address queries and ensure understanding of service charge impacts. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in service charge management or a related field.
