Export Certification Officer

Company Description Associated Veterinary Services UK is a RCVS registered veterinary practice based in Rainham, Kent. We specialize in the export health certification of products from animal origin, pets, farm and zoo animals, aquatic animals, and birds. Role Description Working under the direct instruction and supervision of Official Veterinarian. · Liaising with clients to obtain the required supporting documentation · Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers · Inspecting products for export. Verifying quantity, description, batch/date and other details. · Inspecting and auditing manufacturing sites · Collecting evidence prior exports · Administration duties · Maintaining computer records · Preparing Support Attestations · Helping with other export projects Working hours: 40 hours per week with flexible working hours depending on business needs. Occasional early morning or late evening and weekend work may be required. Essential: Full driving licence as travel between sites will be required. Prerequisite: The minimum entry requirement for the Certification Support Officer position is three 'A' levels, one of which must be in a science or food production subject. Any University Degree. Experience is not required as full training will be given.
