This is an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Solutions Architect to join their business, bringing their expertise to a brand-new role within the company. We are seeking a self-starter to join our Transformation & Change team of 10, working within the London Insurance Market. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end solution design, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions and optimise architecture strategies. Play a crucial role in defining application architectures, delivering innovative, business-aligned solutions. Oversee architecture governance, ensuring solutions align with business, regulatory, and compliance requirements.Technical Expertise Required: Deep expertise in Enterprise and IT Solutions Architecture, ideally from a development and application background. Qualified Azure Solutions Architect, with proven experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum. Strong grasp of how applications, data, and systems integrate within complex architectures. Thorough knowledge of the London Insurance Market - its practices, regulatory environment, and stakeholders. Experience with insurance systems, particularly in the London Market, and involvement in key industry change initiatives.Why Join Us?
