Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Paralegal

An award winning Leeds Firm is looking for a Solicitor/Fee Earner/Paralegal with experience in dealing with Claimant Clinical Negligence claims. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the expansion of the Clinical Negligence department. Key Responsibilities and Requirements Handling a variety of clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement, including both pre and post litigation claims. Minimum of 2 years experience in handling Claimant Clinical Negligence claims is essential. Litigation experience is essential to this role. Excellent understanding of CPR Rules and The Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes Experience in handling a variety of complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion. Excellent negotiating skills Experience of working to targets and KPIs Paralegals and Fee earners will be considered Salary and Hours Up to £55,000, dependent upon experience. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Hybrid work available immediately
