Head of Health & Safety

Key Criteria * 8+ years Health and Safety experience within Construction, ideally within the residential sector * Experience leading safety audits, inspections and accident investigations. * Proven ability leading and influencing safety culture and practices within organisations at all levels. * Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, accident investigations. * Familiarity with Construction processes especially in relation to Health & Safety. * Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation. * Awareness of trends, and best practices within Construction Safety. * Awareness of environmental and sustainability practices within construction. * Understanding human factors and ergonomics within construction health & safety. * IT Skills including Microsoft 365 The Role: * Based out of the West London Head office, the role is predominantly site based, overseeing the health and safety team on residential projects across London In return our client offers a wonderful working environment, excellent support and excellent salary and package
