Groundworks Project Manager

My client is a tier one main contractor who specialise within the world of commercial fit outs, they are in search of a Groundworks Project Manager to join their team on a 15-month fixed term contract, located on site in Ware. The role will involve working on a strip out and re fit out of an old large industrial building, therefore experience working on similar projects in the past will be key. Main duties will involve overseeing the groundworks package, whilst enforcing health & safety standards and reporting into a visiting Operations Director.
