Process Operative Bellshill Full-Time Salary: £12.19 Per hour plus premiums Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 days (Dayshift 6am-2:30pm, Backshift 2pm-10:30pm and Nightshift 10pm-6:30am) We are currently looking to recruit for Production Process Operatives to join our Process Department at our Bellshill Dairy within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business. The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the raw milk intake, fresh milk processing, cream processing, cream export reclaim area and chemical offload area. As well as carry out lab testing to analyse, record and report lab results in relation to all required processing lab tests. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Checking and recording of all relevant paperwork. Sampling and testing of raw products. Loading tankers. Liaising with the other production departments. Follow Standard Operating Procedures. Operate equipment and processes effectively, including asset care, maximising output, adherence to plan, waste reduction and cost savings. Manage hygiene of the processing area. Quality assurance. Key Requirements: Manufacturing experience - ideally in a food environment. Production experience - ideally in a food environment. Experience in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of HACCP. Basic Food Hygiene knowledge. Reliable and self-disciplined. Highly organised. Compensation & Benefits: Salary sacrifice Pension scheme with Muller matching up to 8%.
