We are one of Britains leading independent aerospace and industrial forgers. The unique feature about us is the combination of open and closed-die forging while also undertaking the whole production process from raw material to the finished product in one location. Operating from a 680 000ft2 facility in Sheffield, we manufacture high-integrity, open-die and closed-die forged components in nickel alloy, titanium, stainless steel and carbon alloys for customers and tier-one suppliers within the aerospace, nuclear, power generation, marine as well as oil and gas sector.
As aKey Account Mangerone day will never be the same as the next, however, on a typical day you might find yourself:
- Updating our key customer on the status of their contract
- Managing the customer schedules and making variations to the plan when needed
- Ensuring that the data in the ERP system is up to date and accurate
- Drafting reports for internal and external partners
- Considering and implementing improvements
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- You should enjoy talking to our customers.
- Get a buzz out of hitting our targets.
- You are likely to have some experience at this type of role previously.
- You will have great organisational and IT skills
- You are likely to be qualified to A level standard or similar.
