The schools are looking for people who have experience working closely with children with Special educational needs whether that is in a school setting or a healthcare setting.  The ideal candidate will be people who has a true passion to work in education - specifically in an SEND setting. The successful Teaching assistant will be someone who is always wanting to make a difference everyday and will ensure they are building strong relationships with the pupils, staff and parents.
