Skills & Experience Required: * Proven Personal Lines Underwriting or Broking experience, with a strong understanding and knowledge of personal lines products * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build successful, mutually beneficial relationships. * A proactive approach to developing profitable broker relationships. * IT Proficient, with an aptitude in MS Office software * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your tasks to gain maximum outcome.
