Experience with busy, late night venues is important and you will be working shifts late at night and into the morning. However that is offset with a balance of 40 hours a week, you manage your time to make that happen. This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Tasked with overseeing the entirety of the food and beverage department, your duties extend beyond managing a team.
