The Opportunity: We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a visionary Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced startup that has already gained significant traction in the global market. You’ll be instrumental in amplifying our impact and driving our ambitious growth objectives across the EMEA region. What you’ll do: Contract Management: Own the contracting process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating with clients, partners, and vendors. Risk Mitigation: Ensure contracts align with business goals, protect intellectual property, and mitigate legal risks in collaboration with legal experts. Contractual Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for any contract-related issues. Process Improvement: Streamline contract management processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date contract records to reflect current business relationships. Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with the Growth team to develop and execute market penetration and revenue growth strategies. Framework Participation: Identify, enrol the company onto and manage key commercial frameworks to enhance revenue and visibility. Compliance and Relationships: Ensure compliance with framework requirements and maintain strong ties with administrators for continued access to high-value opportunities. What you’ll bring: You have at least 5 years’ relevant experience You have experience working with the MoD and other government departments. Ideally, you also have experience of working internationally with wider NATO and FVEY partners. You have strong experience in contract management, particularly within defence and security contexts. You have strong experience in bid writing, frameworks and DEFCONS You have strong experience in reviewing and negotiating T&C and IP positions independently and are confident in your ability to represent a company in these areas.
