Process Engineer

Seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to be accountable for providing daily technical support, reviewing plant production data for the purposes of identifying day to day efficiency improvements, whilst also identifying and implementing short-term technical improvement Client Details The company is an established entity in the industrial manufacturing sector. Description Daily process monitoring for nominated plant areas, escalating any issues as required Provide technical support relating to the plant to colleagues across the organisation. Identify and prioritise resolution of plant vulnerabilities. Implement process changes following the change order (management of change) process. Provide technical direction to the production department on a daily basis. Undertake short term process optimisation Responsible for rigorous analysis of production data and databases Manages/coordinates improvements or small capital projects Lead and support investigations on plant incidents & near misses relating to both occupational and process safety, quality and reliability. Profile A successful Process Engineer should have: A degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in process optimisation within an industrial manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and procedures. Proficiency in using process simulation software. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.Job Offer A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per year. A vibrant and supportive work culture.
