Pennings Watford, Watford Business Park, Hertfordshire, WD18 8JF Benefits & Compensation * £70,000 + On Target Earnings * Award winning Employee Assistance Programme that extends out to your family * Exclusive staff discount for vehicle repairs * Company pension Requirements for the role Requirements for the role * We are looking for a skilled and experienced vehicle Paint Technician to join our Watford team. * Ability to use paint mixing equipment and spray guns * Communication and teamwork skills * DBS check due to some work providers * Own your own spray gun Desirable * ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Paint * Experience in painting fleet and retail vehicles Job Description Paint Technician * Preparing vehicles and panels for painting by cleaning, priming, sanding and masking as required * Mixing paint to match vehicle colour * Ensure quality work meeting SLA’s and deadlines * Keeping a clean and organised workspace, following Health & Safety policies and procedures * Working with the workshop controller to manage customer expectations * Maintaining spray booth with other paint technicians in the department
