We are looking for a Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer - Night Shift​​​​​​​ who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer - Night Shift​​​​​​​, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer - Night Shift​​​​​​​ , will be responsible for: * Provide a building fabric maintenance and repairs service. * The role sits within our facility support service and covers a diverse range of clients, industries and sectors. * You will be responsible for delivering a building fabric service such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs. * Ideally you will have worked in the building services sector, or similar, with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills as you will be carrying out fabric repairs. * You should be physically fit as the role does involve some manual handling. * Working at heights and in confined spaces. * You will keep the clients updated with any developments, recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs etc. To be successful for this Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer - Night Shift​​​​​​​ role you must have: * Background in facilities management, a trade scheme or served experience. * High level of customer service and will need good verbal and written communication. * Comfortable working with IT to record your tasks and updates.
