SALARY: £45000 per annum 31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays Company vehicle Company pension (3% employer contribution) Employee Referral Scheme (£500 per hire) Uniform, all PPE, tools and ongoing training provided Travel Time Scheme Due to a recent Project Award, we require a Project Manager to complement our Project Teams to work on a new and exciting project. The Role: To Site Manage the installation of fire protection systems including fire detection and alarm and gas suppression systems in accordance with current LPC rules FM/BS standards. Overall responsibility for technical and financial aspects of a contract, including contract variations, pre-commissioning, final inspection. Leading and monitoring the performance of the site personnel, and project progress to programme and agreed deliverables. Leading Health & Safety and Environmental compliance, including site inspections, toolbox talks etc. Liase with the customer and attend all necessary meetings. You may be initially site-based on a large project, but ideally you will be able to demonstrate the management of multiple projects at any one time, ensuring they are delivered to the client's requirements, business objectives and company processes Key Skills Working knowledge of British standards, LPC, FM and NFPA standards. Preferential although not essential to have attained FIA qualifications such as AO level 3 or FireQual level 6 or equal or approved.
