Bread Baker

Baker required for independent local artisan bakery 36hrs per week 6 days per week Sunday to Friday (5pm to 11pm - subject to negotiation) Experienced baker in an all round role Able to work independently Produce a high standard of bread, buns, doughnuts and morning goods in a consistent and timely manner Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters Understanding of food safety practices Able to hand mold and finish Excellent time-management skills Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Team spirit 2yrs experience preferred - rate dependent on experience Further training will be provided Expected hours: 36 per week Benefits Yearly bonus Company Pension Free and discounted food
