We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a market leading main contractor, working on prestigious heritage projects in the beautiful county of Oxfordshire. About Us:  The company are a highly regarded main contractor with a strong reputation for excellence in the conservation, restoration, and refurbishment of historical buildings. Our projects span from Grade-listed properties to historical landmarks, requiring a blend of modern project management skills and traditional craftsmanship. Role & Responsibilities:  As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of heritage restoration and construction projects. This will include: Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and specialist trades. Ensuring adherence to conservation standards and practices. Handling procurement and contract management. Mitigating risks and problem-solving while maintaining the highest quality of workmanship. Leading and motivating on-site teams. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally within heritage, restoration, or conservation projects. Strong understanding of conservation principles and traditional building methods. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
