Senior Sous Chef
£48,000 per annum

I am looking for an experiencedSeniorSous Chef to join our clients brigade in a sustainable restaurant within one of central London's most Iconic buildings and food offerings. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to expand their skill set within an establishment focused on sustainability having worked to a
2 to 3 rosette standard.
The Role
Working with the team to ensure the food is delivered to the highest standard. Work closely with the Restaurant team to ensure a collaborative partnership between front and back of house. Demonstrate high levels of planning, organising, and time management to drive the operational execution across the Kitchen Ensure adherence to company policies, controls and standards. Willing to learn and grow as well as teach. Passionate about food. Maintaining Food Safety standards. Benefits
