We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Hotel Receptionist
to join our team at Montogo Resorts Somerset at Charlton House. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests
upon arrival with a warm and professional manner. Manage check-ins and check-outs
efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction. Answer phones and emails
to address guest inquiries, reservations, and requests. Handle bookings and reservations , ensuring accurate data entry and availability management. Provide information about
hotel services, local attractions , and assist with guest needs. Handle payment transactions , including cash, credit card, and invoicing. Resolve guest complaints
and issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Hotel Receptionist
or in a similar customer service role. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask. Proficiency in
hotel management software and MS Office Suite. Fluent in Englishadditional language skills are a plus. Ability to work in
shifts , including weekends and holidays. Friendly and professional
demeanor with excellent customer service skills. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Benefits:
