IT Configuration Manager

IT Manager – Legal - Office-Based Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong technical background in IT Systems, networking, Mac /Linux, and system security? We’re looking for an IT Manager to lead and manage our client’s IT infrastructure. This role is fully office-based and requires hands-on management and team leadership. Networking : Servers : Linux, Dell, Hyper-V, VMware VoIP/SIP Phones : Setup & configuration (3CX) Active Directory, PfSense/VPN, Server & application security MDM : Jamf Pro (on-premise configuration) Manage IT systems, networks, and servers, ensuring smooth operations. Lead, train, and support the IT team. Prepare IT budgets and report weekly to stakeholders. Manage SLAs, service agreements, and asset registers. Provide user support for various systems, including hardware, video conferencing, and more.
