My client have a new opportunity for an Estimator to join their Property Services FM team to effectively utilise skills, experience and knowledge within a national estimating team environment to produce tenders which will win profitable work.
Key Accountabilities of this role will include:
Ensure that all estimating processes and procedures are followed to deliver a submission following tender settlement
Work within national team in preparation of competitive tender offers in accordance with clients specifications
Undertake site visits to establish and verify asset information provided as part of the tender documentation
Undertake a full analysis of tender returns received during the tender process
Complete Form of Tender and tender letter with any qualification and complete contract sum Analysis/Schedule if necessary
Attend start-up pre-price and price meetings
We are looking for a qualified Estimator who has work experience in both the public and private sector undertaking FM works.
To be successful in the role you will have excellent communication skills and an attention to detail along with the ability to understand and use bid tactics.
