The business has modified the work structure to help the customers, take on new technologies and develop business outclass. The Head of Data Management will have 5 direct reports and be focusing on leading the data management strategy, establish centre of excellence and develop data management capabilities. Requirements of the Head of Data Management: # Experience as a Head of Data Management or similar senior positions # Proven background creating the data management strategy # Strong understanding of data management tools such as Purview, Informatica, Collibra, SAP. # Responsibilities of the Head of Data Management: # Build the data management team and drive the adoption of data management # Lead the data management strategy with a focus on data quality, reference data, data catalogue and metadata and lineage. # Drive innovation in data management and keep up to date with the latest data management trends.
