Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our clients’ busy property management team, in a newly created role, responsible for managing the car park portfolio and providing administrative support across their team and estates they manage. Property Management Administrator – Company Profile: The company vision is to become the leading property adviser in all the global markets that they operate in. They have a network of UK offices that offer a range of expertise which covers all the key segments of residential, office, industrial, retail, rural property and mixed-use development schemes. They attract, recruit and retain the best people in the industry. Property Management Administrator – Key Responsibilities: Car Park Management: • Oversee car park administration. • Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records. Administrative Support: • Compile Excel spreadsheets for budgets and property data. • Prepare change notes for clients, properties, and leases. • Maintain files and coordinate complaint responses. • Attend and minute client meetings. Client Interaction: • Handle inquiries from tenants and clients. • Compile data and prepare reports (from liaison with internal teams) Team Collaboration: • Work closely with property managers and accounts teams. • Monitor work referrals and logs. Property Management Administrator – Person Profile: Experience: • Previous experience in property management or administration/accounts or similar administrative role is essential. • Minute taking experience in fast paced meetings. Technical Proficiency: • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Competent in Microsoft Word and Outlook; PowerPoint is a plus. Skills: • Excellent organisational, and multitasking skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Highly developed written/verbal communication skills and proof reading is essential.
