Product Developer

Wovens & Outerwear Product Developer – Italian speaking Our client, a British luxury brand, renowned for their exquisite collections, red carpet presence and impeccable uncompromised quality. Partnering with the brand, we are searching for an established an Italian speaking Product Developer to work on Woven and Outerwear products across menswear and womenswear. As a Product Developer, you will ensure all products meet cost, quality, and brand objectives in line with their aesthetics, as well as developing the collection from initial concept to final product in collaboration with the design team. You will take responsibility for sourcing raw materials, complete technical and cost sheets. Reporting to the Head of Product Development, you will be responsible for the full product development process including planning and execution of projects from insights to briefs, through to design, development, cost sheet and technical packs. Communicating with suppliers and manufacturers on development projects and together with the production team provide feedback and support in the planning of seasonal structure to ensure on time delivery of samples and production. To apply, you will have a number of years’ experience working as an established Product Developer within luxury fashion environment, across menswear/Womenswear/both and will be a fluent Italian speaker. You will have a fashion design/construction related degree and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient in CAD software and technical design tools. This role would suit an individual with excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure as well proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight times Must be highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment. Our client requires the role to be based working full-time from their Central London offices.
