Floor Manager Opportunity
Vibrant New Opening in Covent Garden We are delighted to announce an opening for a Floor Manager at our innovative restaurant located in the bustling Covent Garden. As we continue to expand with our third site, we invite a service-focused and detail-oriented Floor Manager to join our team, dedicated to bringing the dynamic flavors of Eastern Mediterranean fusion cuisine inspired by Tel Aviv to life.

Our restaurant is celebrated for its aromatic, health-conscious dishes that refresh traditional flavors with a creative twist. We aim to deliver an exceptional dining experience through our innovative menu and attentive service.
Role Overview:
As the Floor Manager, you will support the senior management team in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for high-quality service and in leading the front-of-house team to excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily floor operations and support the senior team in making key operational decisions. Lead the team from the front, ensuring all restaurant policies and procedures are consistently followed. Work closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure excellent guest experiences. Manage staffing requirements, schedule planning, and maintain optimal staffing levels for all shifts. Engage actively with guests during service to foster a welcoming atmosphere and address any guest needs or feedback promptly. Uphold strict adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and guests.
