We are looking for an ambitious and experienced PR Account Director who relishes leading from the front, and takes a hands-on consultancy approach to client management. You will thrive in a fast paced and dynamic industry, while heading up day-to-day coordination and communication with our cutting-edge B2B and technology clients. Our ideal candidate will have proven B2B experience, as well as a curious mind to grasp client speciality areas rapidly. You will use your in-depth understanding of media relations and superior communication skills to grab the attention of trade and national journalists, while ensuring quality always remains high across all integrated PR activities. As a people person, you’ll be keen to network at industry events, experienced in building rapport with clients, and motivated by mentoring and developing junior team members. Ultimately you will be responsible for spearheading the creation, management and execution of integrated PR programmes that deliver high-quality results to our clients. This hybrid-role will be based from our central London or Tunbridge Wells office, as well as from home. What experience and qualities do you need to be a Ginger? A minimum of 5 years’ comparable PR agency experience, ideally with B2B clients Experience in creating, managing and executing integrated PR programmes that deliver results Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence in owning client relationships and providing senior council at strategic ‘peer to peer’ level An interest in industry events and networking opportunities Accountability for billable hours, overservicing, and managing client expectations Strong business acumen with the ability to identify upselling / cross-selling opportunities The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of flexibility and change .
