Requirements for the role: Ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual needs Strong communication skills and empathy Calmness and positivity when faced with challenging situations An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service What will my responsibilities be? Provide support with academic tasks, emotional wellbeing, social interactions, to a student or group of students to support their learning Collaborate with teachers, parents and students alike to create an inclusive and nurturing environment. Prepare the classroom for lessons and support teachers in managing classroom behaviour.
