About the Role:

• Hours: 40 to 48 per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth service flow across all shifts, from breakfast to evening bistro, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the reception and floor teams, setting high standards for customer service and efficiency.
• Customer Experience: Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and address guest concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Staff Training & Development: Train new staff, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement ongoing development programs to enhance team skills.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue through upselling and special promotions.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Event Coordination: Organize and oversee special events, afternoon teas, and private functions to deliver a seamless guest experience.
