M&E Project Manager - Student Accommodation Scheme, Kingston Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum Location: Kingston, London (Initial two months based in Essex) Start Date: March 2025. Interviews from November to Christmas. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee a high-value student accommodation scheme in Kingston, London, with a total M&E package value of £6 million. This role will act as the crucial link between installation teams and Contract Managers, ensuring smooth communication and seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead and manage M&E teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Package Management: Oversee individual project packages, ensuring all installations meet the required specifications. Commercial Awareness: Manage project financials, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and procurement. Provide key insights into cost control and efficiency measures. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary contact between the installation teams and Contract Managers, ensuring clear communication and collaborative working practices. Site Management: Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site, and that all work is conducted in line with company and industry standards. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project progress or quality, ensuring any challenges are swiftly addressed. Compliance: Ensure the project adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including building codes, environmental regulations, and health and safety laws.Requirements: Proven experience in M&E project management. Strong commercial acumen with a focus on financials, processes, and procurement. Ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
