Location: Remote with occasional travel to a head office (Manchester or London)
Salary £50k-£60k + Bonus, Pension, Healthcare

About the Role:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll be an integral part of our consultancy, working closely with internal and external clients to implement and optimize the ServiceNow platform. Your role will be a mix of hands-on technical work and strategic advisory, where you'll lead the integration of third-party services into the ServiceNow ecosystem while leveraging the platform's full potential.
You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own projects, driving the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. You’ll also be a critical force in ensuring our clients gain maximum value from ServiceNow across multiple modules, particularly IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Service Management (ITSM).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Integrations: Take ownership of integrating third-party services into the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance.
* Develop the internal ServiceNow platform for the organisation
* Solution Design & Delivery: Architect and deliver tailored solutions across ITOM, CSM, and ITSM to meet specific business requirements.
* Autonomous Project Management: Manage your projects independently, from planning to implementation, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
* Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact performance or delivery, continuously optimizing processes and workflows.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide expert insights, and deliver superior service.
* Automation & Innovation: Implement workflow automation, reduce manual processes, and innovate solutions that drive efficiencies across our clients’ platforms.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven Expertise in ServiceNow: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities, including ITOM, CSM, and ITSM, and hands-on experience with 3rd-party integrations.
* Autonomy & Proactiveness: Ability to work independently and proactively manage your workload, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
* Technical Problem-Solving Skills: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
* Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and work closely with clients and team members.
* Project Management: Experience in managing projects from conception through delivery, including time management, risk management, and reporting.
