About the Role: As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll be an integral part of our consultancy, working closely with internal and external clients to implement and optimize the ServiceNow platform. Your role will be a mix of hands-on technical work and strategic advisory, where you'll lead the integration of third-party services into the ServiceNow ecosystem while leveraging the platform's full potential. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own projects, driving the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. You’ll also be a critical force in ensuring our clients gain maximum value from ServiceNow across multiple modules, particularly IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Service Management (ITSM). Key Responsibilities: * Lead Integrations: Take ownership of integrating third-party services into the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance. * Develop the internal ServiceNow platform for the organisation * Solution Design & Delivery: Architect and deliver tailored solutions across ITOM, CSM, and ITSM to meet specific business requirements. * Autonomous Project Management: Manage your projects independently, from planning to implementation, ensuring successful and timely delivery. * Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact performance or delivery, continuously optimizing processes and workflows. * Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide expert insights, and deliver superior service. * Automation & Innovation: Implement workflow automation, reduce manual processes, and innovate solutions that drive efficiencies across our clients’ platforms.
