ReCon Advisory Partners are currently recruiting for a Planner with experience within the construction sector to join a dynamic business based in West Yorkshire. The company are a contractor who operate but not limited to, the healthcare and education sector working on projects across the nation worth millions of pounds. They are recruiting a Planner who has previous experience of working on a variety of these projects. Key Responsibilities Planning and scheduling, including determining how to get a project built as efficiently as possible Coordinating with other team members including engineers and architects Overseeing logistics and transportation of materials Creation of documents including sketches and drafts Estimating the cost of the materials, equipment and labour of the project Requirements A minimum of 4 years of planning experience Experience within the construction industry Experience with modular builds is essential A degree within a relevant subject is advantageous Good I.T skills Great Communication skills Package Competitive Salary D.O.E Car allowance is negotiable
