Start Date: Jan 2025Contract Length: Minimum 12 months3 days onsite required in Macclesfield / 2 days remote£500 per day Outside IR 35Lead Axial Programme activities for the Product Compliance Management Business Processes specifically associated with Dangerous Goods and Safety Product Data Sheets.Partner with a team of Experts to define enterprise wide standardised and repeatable processes adopting standard use of SAP S/4 HANA within the “Product Compliance” area, minimising the need for Local Technical and/or Process CustomisationEnsure Future State Processes enable our client to meet all applicable Regulatory StandardsChampion new strategies to improve Business Processes and ensure Business Continuity, meeting current and future Business requirementsCollaborate with the Programme and Business IT Teams to define the IT requirements for the Processes and ReportingCollaborate with the Programme and Business Data Teams to define the Data requirements for the Processes, Analytics and ReportingCreate and sustain key artefacts required to develop a successful transition to the next generation SAP ERP including the End-to-End Process Maps, Roles Descriptors, Enterprise wide SOPs and Process ControlsNetwork with colleagues across the Business to identify improvement opportunities, with a focus on driving forward the Lean journeyEnsure that Non-SAP System requirements are understood and considered in the Process, IT and Data DesignsEstablish and actively manage relationships with diverse pools of key Stakeholders throughout the business to ensure commitment and understanding to Programme ObjectivesEstablish and implement KPIs to drive forward SHE Management efficiency and effectivenessAs part of the Local deployment team, lead the Change and deployment activities for processes in scope and deliver the change required as defined by the Axial programmeEducation, Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceEssentialExtensive experience of SAP Product Compliance Management processes within the SHE environment, especially those associated with Dangerous Goods and Safety Product Data Sheets.Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver Change across Multiple Locations and/or Business FunctionsUnderstanding of Master Data requirementsDemonstrated ability to influence key Stakeholder Groups across Multiple Locations and/or External PartiesStrong Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve Objectives Ability to interpret and communicate Technical information into Business languageBachelor of Engineering/Science in an appropriate disciplineGood understanding of Dangerous Goods, links to Transportation Management processes.Experience of working within a Lean Manufacturing environmentExperience within a Business Process/Project Management roleExperience of Leading Teams in a Matrix environmentPharma experienceAdvanced degree in an Engineering/Scientific discipline
