Principal People are delighted to be working in collaboration with a unique and specialist Soft Services and Construction organisation looking for a Health and Safety Manager to be part of their successful and established business. Covering a diverse portfolio of projects predominantly across the Midlands, this position will lead the H&S function for the organisation, working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and advising on all Health and Safety matters.
This developing organisation who boast an excellent pipeline of future projects and an excellent reputation within their specialist field, are seeking a forward thinking Health and Safety professional with a solutions focused approach.
The successful Health and Safety Manager will be based from an office near Redditch approximately 2-3 days per week and will visit sites frequently.

Key Responsibilities of this Health and Safety Manager include:
- Support, coach and mentor individuals both inside and outside of the H&S function.
- Implement and maintain HSEQ management systems.
- Review method statements and risk assessments.
- Drive a positive health and safety culture throughout the wider business.
- Conduct site inspections and advise on all H&S matters
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Please note our client is open to any industry background
- Experience within Soft Services, Hard Services, Construction or similar is beneficial.
- NEBOSH General certificate or NEBOSH Construction certificate or equivalent.
- Exposure or experience with ISO 9001, ISO14001 or ISO45001
- Full UK Driver s License.
- A basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000
