We are looking for an Estates Mechanical Technician with previous experience in installation or carrying out maintenance tasks. Most work will have been carried out in an industrial or commercial environment.
Candidates must have had at least 3 years, post qualified experience within mechanical building services maintenance. We take great pride in our client base and therefore looking for someone who works well within a team, has a professional manner and is capable of communicating clearly. The Estates Mechanical Technician will join a team of established technical and fabric staff, which covers maintenance services across the estate covering a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
