Position: Home Manager Location: Scottish Borders Salary: £60,000 + 50% bonus = £90,000 OTE Are you passionate about delivering outstanding care? Continuous professional development and career progression opportunities. About You: Qualified  with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Proven experience as a Home Manager with a track record of Good or Outstanding CQC ratings. A natural leader with excellent communication and people management skills. Passionate about providing the highest level of care and making a positive impact on residents' lives. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and budget management . Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring quality care is delivered. Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team of care professionals. Maintain and exceed standards of care in line with CQC regulations . Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
