The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a(n) Helpdesk Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Providing first level support to the internal and external customers and partners
Work with customers to resolve issues and engage our Level 2 team when needed
General application troubleshooting skills for workstations such as memory, audio issues, MS office.
Communicating with customers via phone or e-mail to gather information on issues, troubleshoot issues with the customer, or relay solutions of issues reported
Monitor internal ticketing system for trending issues and SLAs.
Creating and sending reports to customer.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Educated to High School Diploma/A-Level .
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Keen passion in IT
Current, valid Driver's License.
A minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent time keeping skills.
Work location:
Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Malvern at least 2 days per week)
Travel: Limited to less than 10%
Relocation Assistance: N/A
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
