About the Role:
Total Staff is excited to recruit a motivated Sales Executive on behalf of a reputable dealership. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, building strong relationships while providing exceptional service. Your goal will be to understand each customer's unique needs and exceed their expectations as they explore a world-class automotive brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly upon their arrival at the dealership.
Develop relationships with current and prospective customers, fully understanding their individual needs.
Utilize your knowledge of the automotive brand to effectively address customer inquiries.
Prospect existing and potential customers-there's no shortage of leads!
Apply your negotiating and selling skills to convert leads into profitable sales, adhering to FCA regulations.
Keep customers informed throughout their journey, from initial contact and order placement to handover and post-sale satisfaction.
Identify upselling opportunities while remaining realistic and customer-focused.
Strive to exceed sales targets-enjoy the benefits of uncapped commission!
Stay informed about the latest product releases from the automotive brand.

The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in exceeding sales targets within the retail vehicle sector.
Positive, punctual, presentable, hardworking, flexible, and driven.
Ability to identify and maximize sales opportunities based on individual customer requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation-dedicated to making customers happy.
Capable of managing a busy workload while being an effective team player.
Thrives under pressure and meets deadlines with composure.
Key Requirements:
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
Proficiency in learning and using specialist computer-based systems.
Drive to exceed performance and target expectations.

Salary: £21,000 basic, £40,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (one day off during the week)
Saturdays: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Sundays: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (currently trialling Sunday closure for improved work/life balance)
