Warehouse Operative Nights

Pay: £15.08 per hour Hours: Night shift 10pm- 6am Mon-Thurs 5.30pm-10.30pm FriLocation: Huddersfield Duration: Temporary to Permanent About the company: Stafflex are actively recruiting on behalf of our client, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of household and healthcare products, for Warehouse Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team. The role: As a Warehouse Operator you will be providing the filling lines with various types of components as they are required and then returning finished product into the Warehouse for preparation and onward shipment to our customers. In addition to supporting Manufacturing Operations directly Warehouse Operators will receive materials onto the site from suppliers, use SAP software to control the movement of stock and ensure all processes, procedures and GMP standards are adhered to throughout. Responsibilities: Remove finished goods from the Manufacturing Area Prepare all finished goods for safe transport to Storage Facility Process/print work orders, create orders manually, deal with pick lists Operate various forklift trucks Load vehicles with finished goods Unload vehicles of raw materials and components Banksman vehicles safely when required Use a pallet invertor to move goods to different pallets Any other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Group Leader Prepare goods prior to movement into the clean manufacturing areas Person requirements: GSCE or Equivalent in English & Maths Forklift License (desirable) Ability to review and prioritize tasks Strong Team Player Benefits: Free onsite parking Shift Allowance opportunities (17% - 28%) Outstanding, clean and modern working conditions Onsite canteen with very affordable pricing 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and the opportunity to buy an additional 5 days leave Annual bonus scheme Employee Assistance Program Life Assurance Generous company pension scheme Interested in this vacancy?
