Primary Teacher - Year 2

We are working with a Primary School in Sidcup that is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated KS1 teacher for a full-time position. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with children, possess strong classroom management skills , and demonstrate high expectations for all students. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and celebrates student achievements. Take responsibility for the academic progress of all pupils in your class. Set clear and measurable learning objectives that build on previous achievements, ensuring that pupils understand their tasks and goals. Adhere to the school's Safeguarding policies and align with the school's ethos and overall policies. Foster positive relationships with parents and carers to support children's learning and development. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting. Strong classroom management abilities, capable of creating a positive and productive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
