Salary: £195 - £245 per day Job Type: Long Term Contract length: 12 months We are currently supporting a school who we have had a strong relationship with for many years in recruiting a SEN Teacher SpLD to join their amazing team. Responsibilities This school needs a SEN Teacher SpLD who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment. The successful SEN Teacher SpLD will plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and will participate in parents’ evenings. The SEN Teacher SpLD chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students. The ideal SEN Teacher SpLD for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school. Qualifications/Experience You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role. Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job. To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
