Are you looking for your next Heating Engineer role? A successful contractor are seeking engineers to carry out general maintenance works within properties on one of their multiple social housing contracts.

• Attend calls from residents to rectify their issues
• Isolate property/equipment to carry out repairs and replacements of S/Y plans
• Replace, repair and alter pipework where necessary
• Isolate, drain down, remove and cap leaking radiators / radiators in need of replacement, as well as installation
• Replace motorized valves and immersion heaters within properties
• Install cylinders / thermal stores / water tanks
• Fault finding and maintenance on HIUs
• Diagnose heating and hot water issues within properties / blocks
• Use a PDA system to take pictures and write reports on the works undertaken
• Be a point of call for residents when they are without or lacking services
• Cap and / or replace TRVs / Lockshields/ Wheelheads

Package

• Full time permanent position
• Company PDA, vehicle & fuel card
• Company uniform
• 21 days holiday including bank holidays (1 day increase each year you work with the company)

Essential Criteria

• NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing
• Full UK Driving License
• Good written and verbal communication
