Job Title: HR Business Partner (Technology)
Salary: £70-80,000pa + benefits
Location: Birmingham / hybrid

JGA are partnered with a fantastic Technology professional services company seeking an HRBP with Technology employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Leading on workforce planning.
• Acting as an SME on skills=based organisation project.
• Undertaking talent risk assessments.
• Driving performance excellence.
• Working with ER teams to ensure ER issues are dealt with effectively.
• Monitoring performance metrics.
• Employee Development and Engagement: focus on driving continuous learning and career development.

Skills required:

• Previous experience partnering for a Technology division.
• Commercial acumen.
• Experience supporting multi-national organisations.
• Demonstrable HR experience.
