Enforce environmental procedures as required by the company and report back any non-conformities the Head of SHEQ. Assist in the development and delivery of safety, health and environmental training programmes. Carry out risk assessments and ensure they are completed for every high-risk task within the various Departments and are understood by those carrying out the task. Establish and lead safety, health and environmental awareness throughout the various Departments to identify and eliminate hazards and risks. Liaise with the SHEQ Department to introduce new safety, health & environmental policies when necessary. Key Skills - H&S Officer NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction H&S or equivalent/higher. Experience in formulating polices and risk assessments. Experience of implementing, monitoring, reviewing and auditing safety processes. Considerable drive with the ability to operate unsupervised and on own initiative. Good written and verbal communication skills ensuring confidentiality in all matters
