THE ROLE- Learning Support Assistant
Being a Learning Support Assistant, you will be required to work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students, particularly children with Special Educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements. It is important that you have a positive, caring, and proactive approach to working with children. You will provide one-to-one or small group support to help students understand and complete tasks. One of your main responsibilities will be to monitor and record students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to individual learning plans.
