ABOUT THE ROLE The Bar & Lounge Manager will assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager on projects, training of fellow colleagues and some administration duties. The Bar & Lounge Manager will be responsible for direct supervision of floor staff during preparation and service.
