PARTS ADVISOR

Ford and Slater are one the UKs largest DAF Truck dealers group with 16 locations from Norwich to Birtley in the North East, employing over 900 staff whilst remaining a family run business. We currently have an exciting position as a Parts Advisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Kings Lynn. As a Parts Advisor, we can offer you:

Who are we looking for as a Parts Advisor:

Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.

Or be sales driven, have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.

A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.

PC Literate.

Full UK driving licence.

The Parts Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):

You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter and telephone. Promote and encourage growth of the parts business. Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.

Working: Monday to Thursday 8am 5pm. Friday 8am 4pm. Alternate Saturday mornings 7am Midday, paid as overtime.
