North East Lincolnshire Council's Child Assessment and Safeguarding Service plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children in our community.
They are looking for dedicated and experienced Social Workers to join our dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
The successful candidate will be paid up to £40 per hour dependent on experience.
As a Social Worker in our Child Assessment and Safeguarding Service, you will be responsible for:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify risks and protective factors.
Developing and implementing effective child protection plans in collaboration with other professionals and agencies.
Providing support and guidance to children and families, ensuring their needs are met and promoting positive outcomes.
Collaborating with colleagues, partner agencies, and stakeholders to deliver integrated and coordinated services.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and professional standards.
Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and other relevant meetings as required.
Keeping abreast of developments in social work practice, legislation, and policy to inform and enhance service delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant Social Work qualification
- SWE? Registration
- 2 year post qualifying experience within UK
- Eligibility to work in the UK
