Compliance Officer

Salary – £45,000 Per Annum Location – Manchester (Occasional Travel to other sites) / Hybrid (2 days from home) Role Type – Full time / 9-5 / Mon – Fri Benefits – 25 days holiday + BH, 6% employer contribution pension scheme, buy & sell holiday scheme, cash plan, life assurance (4x basic salary), income protection, private medical insurance, hybrid working, discounted insurance, EAP The Role In this varied role, you'll support ongoing projects to ensure regulatory changes are understood, and policies and procedures remain relevant. You'll update documentation to maintain compliance and assist with audits and role plays, providing constructive feedback and identifying development opportunities. You'll assist the Head of Compliance in responding to regulator and PI insurer requests promptly and handle actions from the Risk Committee process. Additionally, you'll monitor and report on management data to ensure the business meets regulatory and customer expectations, including fair value. You’ll also manage the complaints process, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. To be considered you’ll need a compliance background from an insurance environment.
