The Ideal Candidate:  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field. And Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. The Role: Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments and a strong foundation in music theory. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills to connect and engage students of all abilities. The ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
